Any dentist out there?????????

are there any dentist out there that can help me on information on becoming a dentist. I am a male college student and I am not sure if I want to become a dentist or not. I am interested in becoming both a dental hygienist or a dentist but the only thing about becoming a dentist is that its alot harder to become. I was wondering if any dentists out there could tell me what full step by step process one has to do in order to become a dentist, for examples type of courses, # years, etc. Also I was wondering if anyone can give me advice on becoming a dentist, is it really hard? Is dental school hard? Also how many yrs of residency does a dentist have to do? any advice, suggestions thanks

Reply::) go to www.ada.org or www.adea.org it has plenty of information. The road is extremely challenging, requires a lot of hard work, gray hair, loans and BRAINS but the reward is great. Residency is a different story:) Report It

Reply:I know this guy that is a Pediatric Dentist . He was so nice until he started his practice. Now he thinks his s*** don't stink. He wont have anything to do with his old friends. He makes about 250 thousand a year. He and his wife are as arrogant as H***. So if you do i hope you can stay on the ground.
