My Dentist is the Dentist from HELL.?

My Dentist is the Dentist from HELL. Sending me thousands and thousands $$ in bills. Refusing to provide a verification of the alleged debt. Refusing to provide me with my Dental record history. Reason - I refuse to accept a dental bridge which did not fit in my mouth and the Dentist refused to continue working on it. I found out that she submitted climes to my insurance for the work she never did as well.

Now she is claming that I did receive the bridge and have never give her the opportunity to fix it. She returned all $$$ to the Insurance company which was "accidentally" charged according to her.

70% of the money for this work I paid in advance to the Dentist. Can somebody tell me the way to get my money back? Where can I file a complain at least? I am in Brooklyn, NY.

Contact your State Board of Dental Examiners.
Reply:call the board of medical licensure in your state and report her. and call the attorney general, and the media and anyone else that will listen to you - send your complaints in writing to each one and copy this dentist from hell on each and every letter.
Reply:unfortanutely their are bad apples in every profession and you found one in dentristry well you may go ask for your money back if you dont get it back ask why and state that you are going to contact the better bisness burough and then do it .
Reply:start,

I think it's time to speak to an attorney. Before you do that, though, file a complaint with the N.Y. State Board of Professional Licensing and the local American Medical Association and American Dental Association for unethical business practices.

Find out what the dollar limits are in your local small claims court and see if your claim can be handled there...if not, then your only recourse is to sue, if your other actions haven't gotten you any satisfaction.
Reply:Report him to the American Dental Association.
